Frequently Asked Questions

What topics can the whiteboard cover?

Anything from the IB technical bank. DCF walkthroughs, paper LBOs, three-statement linkages, accretion/dilution, EV vs equity value, sources and uses, WACC, comps, precedents, and more. Type a topic in your own words and the whiteboard builds the lesson for it.

How long are the lessons?

Three lengths: Quick (about 3 minutes), Standard (about 5 minutes), and Deep (about 10 minutes). Quick is great for a refresher the night before. Standard is the default for learning a new concept. Deep is for topics you keep getting wrong on drills.

Can I ask questions during the lesson?

Yes. The "raise hand" button pauses the narration and lets you ask anything in your own words. The coach answers in context, then drops you back into the lesson where you left off. This is the part most static study tools cannot do.

How is this different from watching a YouTube tutorial?

A YouTube video is fixed. If you do not understand minute 3, you rewatch until you do or you give up. The whiteboard is built for one person: you. The narration adapts to your prior knowledge if you share it, you can interrupt to ask follow-ups, and you can replay any lesson later from your saved list.
