By accessing or using Superday AI's website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Superday AI is an AI-powered investment banking interview preparation platform offering practice questions, flashcard drills, mock interviews, AI coaching, resume analysis, networking tools, audio lessons, and educational materials for finance interview preparation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Keep your information up to date
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

The Service offers subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings (iOS) or your account settings (web).

iOS Subscriptions

In-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. Apple's payment terms apply. Refund requests for iOS purchases must be directed to Apple.

Price Changes

Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, evaluate answers, provide coaching, analyze resumes, and draft networking communications. AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials
• Copy or redistribute content
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the Service
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Impersonate others
• Upload malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Superday AI, including text, graphics, logos, questions, AI models, and software, is the property of Superday AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (answers, notes, resumes, chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store it to operate and improve the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and platform.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data, learning history, uploaded files, and chat history. Active subscriptions should be canceled before deleting your account.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or employment outcomes. Content is educational and does not constitute professional career advice. AI-generated evaluations and scores are estimates and may not reflect actual interview performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superday AI's total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superday AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorney fees.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
