Frequently Asked Questions
How realistic are the mock interviews?
The interviewer is trained on thousands of real interview reports from candidates at Goldman, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, Lazard, and the rest. It follows the structure of a real round: background, technicals, situationals, and pushy follow-ups when your answer is weak.
What kinds of sessions are available?
Coffee chat, first round, full superday simulation, technical-only deep dives, behavioral-only rounds, and resume walkthroughs. You can also set the target bank and group so the question mix matches who you are actually interviewing with.
How am I scored?
You get a scorecard after every session: technical accuracy, structure, communication, and poise under pressure. Each dimension is graded Developing, Ready, or Strong with a one-line note. Every question you were asked also comes with a model answer so you know what a top-quartile response looks like.
Can I practice my resume walkthrough?
Yes. Upload your resume and the interviewer probes your actual experiences with follow-ups, the same way an MD scanning your resume for the first time would. Most candidates underrate this part of prep and lose points on it.
