Indiana University's Kelley School of Business is one of the most prolific undergraduate IB feeders in the country, producing analyst classes that rival Ivy League schools in volume. Kelley's secret weapon is the Investment Banking Workshop (IBW)—a highly selective, semester-long program that provides intensive IB preparation including financial modeling, valuation, and mock interviews. IBW graduates are treated by banks as top-tier candidates. The broader Kelley finance program is also strong, with a practical curriculum and strong career services. Kelley places more students into middle-market IB than almost any other school, while also maintaining solid bulge bracket pipelines. The school's Midwest location and large class size create a unique dynamic: intense internal competition but also an enormous and supportive alumni network.

Kelley produces one of the largest IB cohorts of any university. J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley recruit from Kelley. Bank of America, Citi, and Barclays are active.
