I forgot my password

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link via email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a password—just use the same sign-in method.

I'm not receiving the password reset email

Check your spam/junk folder first. Our emails come from hello@superdayai.com. If you still don't see it after a few minutes, email us at support@superdayai.com and we'll help you get back in.

Can I change my email address?

Email us at support@superdayai.com from your current email address and let us know the new one you'd like to use.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Settings → Manage Subscription). When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Do you offer refunds?

All plans include a 2-day free trial so you can try the platform before being charged. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, email us at support@superdayai.com and we'll work with you.

What plans are available?

We offer Monthly ($12/mo), Quarterly ($10/mo), and Annual ($8/mo) plans. All plans include full access to every feature. See our pricing page for details.

What's the difference between Quick Review and Mastery Mode?

Quick Review is flashcard-style—you see a question, think through your answer, then reveal a model response and self-assess. Great for building familiarity and speed.

Mastery Mode uses AI to evaluate your written answer against a detailed rubric. You get specific feedback on what you nailed and what to improve. This is the closest thing to having a real interviewer grade your responses.

How do mock interviews work?

Mock interviews simulate a real IB interview experience. You choose a scenario (behavioral, technical, or mixed), and an AI interviewer asks you questions, follows up based on your answers, and gives you detailed feedback at the end. Each session takes about 10–15 minutes.

Can I use Superday AI on my phone?

Yes. Superday AI is available as an iOS and Android app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and log in with the same account you use on the web.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. We never share your practice data, scores, or personal information with recruiters, employers, or third parties. Your preparation is completely confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
